What these terms cover

These terms apply to paid services sold on altcoinlog.com: Altcoinlog Premium subscriptions (Investor, PRO, Institutional), company presence plans and advertising placements. They supplement the Terms of use; where they conflict, these terms prevail for paid services.

The seller is Aleksandr Leusenko, founder and administrator of Altcoinlog, a project run on a voluntary basis to protect people from scams and fraud in digital assets; registration details (taxpayer ID, state registration number, postal address) are provided on request at support@en.altcoinlog.com. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms.

What you get

• Access to the content and features of the chosen tier for the paid period, as described on the Premium page at the time of purchase.
• Access starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. Premium content is information, not investment advice — see the Disclaimer.
• Company presence plans and advertising are provided under an individual order that specifies deliverables and dates; these terms apply to payment, renewal and refunds unless the order says otherwise.

Price and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Your bank or card issuer may apply a conversion rate and fees for other currencies.
• Prices exclude VAT and similar taxes unless the checkout says otherwise. Where we are required to collect tax in your country, it is shown before you pay.
• Payment is taken in advance for the whole period you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). Business orders may be paid by invoice.
• The price fixed at the time of purchase applies for the paid period. Promotional prices apply to the first period only unless stated otherwise.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

• A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current standard price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• We remind you by email before each renewal; for annual plans at least 7 days in advance.
• If a renewal payment fails, we retry and notify you; if it still fails, the subscription ends at the end of the paid period.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason by emailing support@en.altcoinlog.com. Because Premium is digital content delivered immediately, we ask for your express consent at checkout to start the service right away; once you have accessed Premium content, the right of withdrawal lapses to the extent the law allows, and we may deduct a proportionate amount for the period already used.

Outside these cases we refund if the service was unavailable for more than 72 hours in a row through our fault, or if you were charged by mistake. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation.

Advertising placements and company plans are refundable until work starts; after that, only the unspent part under the order is refunded.

§6

Changes and termination

• We may change prices and tier contents for future periods. We notify subscribers by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect; if you do not agree, cancel before the renewal.
• We may suspend access for breach of the Terms of use (for example, sharing an account or reselling content); in that case no refund is due for the remaining period.
• If we discontinue a paid service, we refund the unused part of the paid period.

Questions about payments, invoices and refunds: support@en.altcoinlog.com. We reply within 5 business days. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country are not affected by these terms.
