§1

Ownership

Text, analysis, graphics, photos, video and data compilations on the Site are protected by copyright law and by international copyright treaties, including the Berne Convention. Unless stated otherwise, the exclusive rights belong to the site operator (Aleksandr Leusenko, founder and administrator of Altcoinlog, a project run on a voluntary basis to protect people from scams and fraud in digital assets; registration details (taxpayer ID, state registration number, postal address) are provided on request at support@en.altcoinlog.com) or to authors who have licensed their work to us.

§2

Quoting

You may quote our content for news reporting, research, teaching, criticism or review to the extent justified by the purpose (under the quotation, fair-dealing or fair-use rules that apply to you), with the author’s name, the source and a live, indexable link to the original. Do not take passages out of context or distort our conclusions.

§3

Republishing, other uses and AI

Republishing beyond quotation, translation, adaptation and commercial use require our written permission.

We expressly reserve our rights over text and data mining, including for training AI models, within the meaning of Article 4(3) of EU Directive 2019/790; such use requires a licence from us.

§4

Misuse

You may not use our content, logo or authors’ names in a way that suggests Altcoinlog endorses a project or investment product — including citing critical or analytical articles as “proof of reliability” in advertising.

§5

Reporting infringement

If content on the Site infringes your rights, send a notice to support@en.altcoinlog.com including:

  • the URL of the material on our Site;
  • a description of the work or right infringed and evidence that you hold the rights;
  • your contact details and, if you act for the rights holder, proof of authority.

United States (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. §512). A notice must include:

  • a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf;
  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list, if several works are covered);
  • identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as the URL;
  • your address, telephone number and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

Review within 10 business days

If the claim is substantiated, we remove or edit the material. If your content was removed after a notice and you believe this was a mistake, send a reasoned counter-notice; under the DMCA it must contain the elements of 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3). Knowingly false notices or counter-notices may lead to liability, including under 17 U.S.C. §512(f). We disable accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
